As many of you will be aware, our principal (Dave Taylor) has been working in rig management teams since the mid-’80s. To date, we’ve facilitated over 600+ workshops in 60+countries, for 300+ wells teams; land rigs (including heli-rigs), swamp-barges, offshore (platforms, jack-ups, semi-subs, drill-ships).
Our most popular workshops are WOPs (Drill, Complete, Test the Well on Paper), Risk Assessments and HAZOPS (including MPD, SIMOPS). These technical workshops are highly collaborative and we get everyone involved in perfecting things, driving out risk and waste, whilst identifying efficiency gains.
The planning stage is extremely important, that’s why most companies have a Well Planning Process. But the execution is equally important.
Our wellsite and office coaching service has produced worthwhile outcomes for clients in the North Sea and SE Asia.
