Dave has worked with most of the major drilling companies in the world to help them improve their wells performance. By using proprietary training techniques both on-site and off-site he creates measurable improvements on a cost and time basis.

Over the past 20 years Dave’s aptitude for this task has earned global recognition as one of the leaders in this role. He has taught these techniques to his team of performance consultants. Dave is also the owner of Drillers.com and My-Spread.com.

John Sands

An experienced facilitator and manager with a deep-seated desire to see everyone perform to the best of their ability.  Specific skills in business development, management systems and contract management.
As a Performance Consultant with rp2  he is responsible for coordinating and facilitating meetings as required to achieve client’s performance and safety aims.  He is also the face of rp2 in North West Europe with business development responsibilities for the region.

Duncan Mackay

Duncan joined rp2 in 2018 after 33 years working in the Oil and Gas Industry. His experience encompasses onshore and offshore projects in the US and Eastern Hemisphere. His role is currently that of a Lead Facilitator and Human Factors Coach.

Starting his career in 1985 he has worked for companies including, Schlumberger (D&M), Baker Hughes INTEQ, Weatherford International and ReedHycalog holding various global leadership, regional management and country roles in the field and the office.

He has training, qualifications and experience in Operations Management, WOCRM, Drilling Optimization, Technical Sales and HSE.

Duncan speaks English, plus conversational Indonesian. He lives with his wife in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Indah Anggraeni

Indah joined Relentless Pursuit of Perfection Ltd. (rp²) in 2011 and has worked with us in multiple departments. She heads up our financial and administrative team from her base in Jakarta.

When we operate in the recruitment sector, Indah also provides services for us here as well. For example, she handles employer and candidate approval, as well as communication over at drillers.com. For those of you who are not aware, we own and operate drillers.com in addition to everything we do here at rp².

Shevia Irdayana

Shevia joined Relentless Pursuit of Perfection Ltd. (rp²) in 2019 as a Finance Administration, where she has been responsible for managing a wide range of administrative tasks, particularly those related to financial operations. Her role includes overseeing financial documentation, processing invoices, and ensuring the execution of finance-related procedures is going well.

Beyond her primary responsibilities, Shevia collaborates closely with the Marketing Team, providing valuable support for various marketing initiatives and campaigns.
