About Adam
Adam Older is the founder and Head of Consulting Services for AOSS. A highly motivated and creative individual with a proven ability to unleash team potential, bridging the gap between vision and delivery.
Following a full and successful career in the British Army, Adam retired as a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer Petroleum Engineer in the Royal Logistic Corps. Upon leaving, he established AOSS as a consultancy and training business providing Health & Safety, Facilities Management, and ISO implementation.
Adam leads the safety consultancy team. Highly astute in all aspects of health and safety and a chartered member of IOSH, his specialties are within the Energy sector. Adam is a qualified ISO Lead auditor and implementer in ISO 9001, 45001, and 45001 with a proven record. He is also an NVQ assessor, IOSH and NEBOSH trainer.
