Harry Eddyarso, a seasoned Senior Drilling Engineer, brings over 40 years of experience to the oil, gas, and geothermal industry, with a primary focus on drilling, completion, and work-over operations. He has held various critical roles, including drilling engineer, drilling supervisor, drilling superintendent, and drilling manager, collaborating with Operators and Drilling Contractors, often within Integrated Project Management (IPM) frameworks.

His diverse career encompasses an impressive array of drilling rigs, spanning offshore and onshore locations in regions such as Offshore W, S and E Java, Papua, Offshore Kangean, Offshore NW Australia, Alaska (Kuparuk and Prudhoe Bay – Lisburne), Onshore and Offshore E Kalimantan, E Sulawesi, S Sumatra, Duri & Petapahan – Pekanbaru/East Sumatra, Aceh, Sijunjung/West Sumatra, and the Malacca Strait.

Serving as a Drilling Technical Advisor for the Indonesian Association of Oil, Gas and Geothermal Drilling Contractors, known as the "Asosiasi Perusahaan Pemboran Minyak, Gas dan Panas Bumi Indonesia" (APMI).
Holding the role of Moderator for drilling and completion-related matters within the Indonesian Oil & Gas Community, referred to as the "Komunitas Migas Indonesia" (KMI).
Co-authoring drilling technical papers, including "How ARCO drills High-Angle Wells in the Offshore North West Java (ONWJ)," which was published in the March 1993 edition of "World Oil" Magazine, and "Cost-Optimised Exploration Drilling, Offshore South West Java: Recipe of a Successful Jack Up Switch," presented at the SPE Symposium in Kuala Lumpur in November 2017.
