An experienced facilitator and manager with a deep-seated desire to see everyone perform to the best of their ability.  Specific skills in business development, management systems and contract management.
As a Performance Consultant with rp²  he is responsible for coordinating and facilitating meetings as required to achieve client’s performance and safety aims.  He is also the face of rp² in North West Europe with business development responsibilities for the region.
